proper paperwork and procedure is important.
Same Day USA continues to provide nationwide air serivce safely
and efficently to our exsisting customers. New customers may not be able to ship
same day air the very day an account is set-up so please consider this when calling.
Follow these guidelines to ensure a successful same day air delivery.
Proper Paperwork
- A complete bill of lading on company
paperwork
- Our paperwork filled out as required
- Copy of shipper license (not required for all shipments)
Proper Freight
- Securely packaged cartons
- Known contents of package
- Consent to search all packages
- No hazardous materials
Time Requirements
- Same Day Small Package Air Service: minimum 1 hour
before/after flight
- Same Day Airfreight: minimum 2 hours
before/after flight
- The earlier the call, the more flight
options we have available
Our drivers are TSA trained to handle your
air shipment properly. Same Day USA also participates in the Air Cargo Watch program to ensure your freight
remains safe and secure.
New customers are required to undergo a screening procedure and are required to fill out a consent to search form and a Known Shipper form. Due to this requirement, Same Day USA may
not be able to provide same day delivery of an air shipment the same day a call is placed. If you anticipate the need for same day service please consider contacting us
ahead of time to set up a new customer account.
These forms can be filled out ahead of time to help expedite the hnadling of your shipment. A Same Day USA expedited courier dispatched will assist you with any questions or
concerns regarding the aspects of air shipping.
